RICHie OPENED HIS FIRST RESTAURANT, LOS TRES AMIGOS, ON OCTOBER 1ST 2007 IN the pocono mountains of PENNSylVANIA. HE GREW UP IN LOWER EAST SIDE MANHATTAN AND TOOK AFTER HIS FAMILY'S RECIPES AS INSPIRATION FOR HIS NEWLY FOUND PASSION IN COOKING DURING HIS EARLY 20s. SOME OF HIS FAVORITE SELECTIONS OFF THE MENU INVOLVE the tasty dishes that are made with THE TRADITIONAL SAUCES INFLUENCED BY HIS MOTHER'S MEXICAN ROOTS SUCH AS THE  MOLE POBLANO, CHIPOTLE, AND salsa VERDE. ALL FOOD IS FRESHLY PREPARED TO ORDER AND HAS won THE HEARTS OF MANY - BECOMING A LOCAL FAVORITE FOR MANY YEARS! RICHIE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH HIS MENU AND INCORPORATES A VARIETY OF SPANISH FOOD, NOT LIMITING HIMSELF TO SOLEY MEXICAN FOOD. ADAPTING TO THE AREA AND LISTENING to SUGGESTIONS AND OPINIONS HAS HELPED LOS TRES AMIGOS BECOME A WELL-ROUNDED RESTAURANT SATISFYING THE PALLETTES OF PEOPLE FROM MANY DIFFERENT LATINO BACKGROUNDS.
